**S&OP Specialist - Sourcing**:

The newly introduced position will act as a link to sourcing to identify any risks ensuring all necessary information is provided both ways. Pain points must be highlighted very early to ensure flawless planning and production.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Participate in Supply Review Meeting & Supply Financial Evaluation & Pre-S&OP Meeting.
- Representation of the sourcing team on both meetings. Has an up-to-date knowledge about possible opportunities/risks related to material sourcing and suppliers on short and long-term, covering the total portfolio landscape.
- Prepare and present inputs about main material sourcing issues to support scenario evaluation.
- Communicate relevant changes in both sides/directions.
- Hard facts from system for supply chain monitoring (BS-AVI)
- Monitoring material flow in common view - understand value and qty (EMS, Plant AT01/AT02, past demands, consumption volume).
- Quick escalation path for relevant materials to avoid shortages in production for every timeframe.
- Common view on BOM changes with suppliers to avoid shortages during change process.
- Deviation monitoring between planning area and daily demand for highrunner-cells, customer production of devices.
- Safety stock alignment to avoid double stock.
- Identification of opportunities for improvement.
- Active contribution to internal projects (e.g., in process enhancements).
- Collect and define requirements for additional reporting & controlling needs.
- Supporting the Head of Production Planning in all analytical matters.

**Your background**:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management & Operations, Controlling, Business Administration or similar discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent communication skills in German and English language
- Reliable analytical skills paired with the ability to understand and embrace the complexity of industrial production.
- Perfect knowledge of production process, production planning and S&OP
- Excellent background of Operations & Planning KPIs and metrics.
- Experience with SAP ERP (mainly PP module), production planning software (e.g., PP/DS) or other supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP IBP).
- Experience with the use of a Production or Supply Chain Control Tower or other analysis-driven software.
- Knowledge of MS Office with very good knowledge of MS Excel.
