Becoming a Senior Specialist in HR Planning and Controlling at ABB's Machine Automation Division, also known as B&R, could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to support managers in their day-to-day business with regard to planning and personnel budgets. As a Senior Specialist, you will promote the automation of HR key figures with the help of data visualization tools like Power BI.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out operational quantitative and qualitative personnel planning, preparing standard evaluations and short-term ad-hoc analyses, developing the basis for decision-making at management level, and deriving recommendations for action.
You will also independently drive forward specialist projects and take on partial project management if necessary. Analyzing key figures and visualizing them in the form of HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management is another key aspect of this role.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you will need to have completed education in business administration, business informatics, human resources management, or a related field. Relevant professional experience is desirable, but not essential.
You should have high IT affinity and a good understanding of numbers, as well as very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP and reporting knowledge with Microsoft Power BI are advantages.
