- **Summary**:
The Head of Key Account in Austria will be responsible of managing our big accounts in the country. Will expand and maintain relationships with strategical, important and large accounts. Will be assigned to the highest-value key accounts in Austria.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Expand and maintain relationships with strategical and important large consumers.
- Responsible to negotiate terms of contracts and reach agreements with current and new clients.
- Defines the portfolio and channel strategy with focus on Cooper CH portfolio and our cosmetic and food supplement brands.
- Be aware of the sector law requirements in terms of negotiation.
- Develop effective customer strategies and successfully mediates between the management and existing customers.
- Implement strategic business plans that increase the sales of our portfolio products across the countries sales channels.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager on daily basis to manage channel conflicts and driving the Austrian sales agenda.
- Accountable for the achievement of the department’s assigned targets for profitable sales volume and achievement of the business’s overall objectives.
- Run the wholesale pharma accounts and mass-market key accounts in a self-sufficient manner.
**Experience profile**:
- Previous experience in Account Management and display an attitude that is key to success.
- Pharma experience in a similar role is mandatory.
- Experience developing new accounts.
- Strong experience on FMGC negotiating and sales responsibilities.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Proactive and self-sufficient person.
**Competencies**:
- Leadership and Team Building: The Head of Key Account should have excellent management competencies including leadership and team building.
- Financial and Customer Acumen: They need to have excellent financial and customer acumen.
- Negotiating Skills: They need to be good negotiators and not be afraid of dealing with current and new clients.
