**Product Owner (M/F/d)**:
Our client is a photovoltaic service provider that offers turnkey photovoltaic installations and covers everything from planning to installation, operation and even the financial aspects of it. They are growing full speed and are looking for a** Product Owner** **(M/F/d)** in Vienna to support their growth.
**These exciting tasks are waiting for you**:
- Defining an ambitious and clear product vision and effectively communicating it to relevant stakeholders and the product team
- Driving the customer and business value of the product by being hyper-focused on user feedback
- Working with business stakeholders and design team to translate user requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for the team and maintaining a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
- Tracking product-specific performance metrics and OKRs in line with overall business objectives
- Supporting release planning with stakeholders and weekly demos
- Leading the product, design and development team in an agile environment
**Your experience so far**:
- A proven track record for shipping successful web-app products in a high-paced start-up or scale-up environment
- The ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams from the business side as well as from technology and design
- Demonstrated familiarity with product management and scrum / Kanban methodologies
- Extensive experience leading design and engineering teams in an agile high-growth context
- Hands-on mentality, willing to „roll up your sleeves“ and move outside of your comfort zone to learn - and you demand the same from your team
- Non-hierarchical mindset of collaboration characterized by transparency, safety and trust
- Compelling skills when it comes to leadership, collaboration, team play and individual contributions
- Good communication skills in English and German for a smooth exchange with stakeholders on the business side
