For our HR team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg/Austria) we are currently looking for an

**HR Generalist - Focus Recruiting & Consulting (80-100%, f/m/x)**:
***What's it all about?**:

- As an HR contact person, you are responsible for all operational and strategic personnel matters in a certain business area and advise managers, employees and teams
- The search and selection of new colleagues is one of your main tasks
- You accompany personal and organizational change processes
- You organize and realize HR marketing activities (e.g., career fairs, lectures etc.) and contribute to HR projects
- Consulting in labor law questions and administrative tasks are part of your work package

- You have already first HR experience in a similar role/environment
- You have strong communications skills, act flexibly and proactively and are used to work in teams
- You appreciate independent and structured work
- You feel comfortable in an international environment speaking German and English fluently
