**We are continually extending and modernising our locations and are currently looking for a Civil Engineering specialist to support our Facility Services team.** In this position, you will be responsible for the organisational and technical realisation of building projects (retrofitting, modifications, repairs) and you will be the contact person for external partners as well as internal departments.***:**WHAT YOU'LL BE HANDLING**
- Planning, realisation and management of maintenance projects as well as smaller building projects
- Development of technical solutions with our external partners and obtaining as well as verification of their quotes
- Acting as technical and administrative representative of the building owner at larger building projects
- Ongoing project monitoring and controlling of all required maintenance activities
- Collaborating in the creation of projects to be handed in to the authorities and working together with the fire protection team
***WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Successfully completed education (Higher Technical College/University of Applied Sciences/University) in civil engineering, facility management or similar
- Several years of relevant job experience
- Experience in project management and basic CAD knowledge
- Experience in building permits, government regulations, laws, standards and fire protection
- Independent and responsible way of working and hands-on mentality

The minimum annual gross pay for this position is 44,581 Euros according to the collective agreement. A possible overpayment depends on your individual job experience and qualification.
