Product Owner - Insurance Platform

Fulltime / part-time (min. 30hs) - M/F/d

**Location**: Vienna

Tasks

Your future role

As product owner you work closely with our development team (with members in Austria and Portugal) and are responsible for the product backlog and the development of our FINABRO insurance platform.

**You**:

- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with the Head of Product
- Align and collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer experience, finance) about our roadmap and backlog
- Get customer insights to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements
- Specify user stories and epics so that the development team is clear on what to implement
- Execute Scrum ceremonies with the development team
- Ensure a compelling user experience (UX) of our digital platform
- Deliver features after each sprint in a 100% agile environment and together with

a great development team

**Requirements**:
You bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner - or business analyst / product manager in an agile environment
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma
- Motivation for continuous learning in technical areas but also business domains

(insurance, company pension)
- Fluent in English, ideally also knowledge of German

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on qualifications and professional experience: starting from €55.000 (on a full-time basis).
