Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.- Our business**Your tasks**
- Build up local market intelligence and exchange information with local Convenience Retail team: conduct operational analyses for optimizing the assortment, conduct competitor price screening for relevant products.
- Structure, monitor and actively contribute to the implementation and execution of the national shop & gastro strategy: plan assortment (products, volumes, prices), lead negotiations with national suppliers, set up floor plans and planograms and define and execute promotions in alignment with the logistic partner.
- Optimization of national supply chain: strong alignment with local logistics providers and local Convenience Retail Management.
- Execution and management of Shop cooperation rollout in Austria according to the rollout plan: strong alignment with local Asset & Sales department on rollout and time plan, preparation of floor plans, active communication and single point of contact for Filling Station partner, preparation and alignment of floor plans.
- Driving innovations: project lead for development and implementation of innovations.
- Administration: Invoicing, ZAST article management, manage spaceman for assortment plans and assistance with setting the relevant targets during the planning process for area of responsibility.

**Your profile**
- You have a Master Degree.
- You have minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience as Category manager (FMCG) preferred.
- Retail experience.
- You have strong negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- You speak fluent German & English, this is a must for both languages.
