**About the Project**

Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2. Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source.

**About the Role**

As a Graduate Project Controls Planner at Bechtel you will assist in supporting cost estimating, analysis, and control activities and schedule development, maintenance, reporting, and monitoring activities, as directed.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assists in identifying the scope associated with schedule activities, as directed.
- Gathers appropriate information that defines general work requirements for a performing organization and unit.
- Prepares broad activity logic and any required interfaces between activities on schedules.
- Prepares durations for schedule activities within a discipline or specialty, as directed.
- Gathers and organizes appropriate quantity and workforce information for an assigned discipline or specialty.
- Assists in routine quantity/workforce loading in support of discipline or specialty work logic.
- Identifies information needs from other disciplines to support activities for an assigned discipline or specialty.
- Traces critical-path events or activities, as directed.
- Reports schedule deviations on assigned tasks related to a discipline or specialty.
- Gathers information to support specific schedule studies, as directed.
- Gathers schedule workforce and quantity data for updating and providing current actual information (status) for discipline or specialty progress and performance reports, as directed.
- Supporting the team to achieve project goals and
- Support & update Project Schedules in Primavera scheduling software, as directed
- Maintaining the highest level of safety awareness and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest safety standards

**About You**
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor of Process, Metallurgical, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
- Right to live and work in Australia without employer sponsorship
- Prior internship experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel &/or Power BI tools
- Basic understanding of technical processes, interpretation of engineering drawings, and project management practices associated with engineering and construction projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork skills
- Demonstrated levels of initiative and engagement via positions of leadership in academic, sports and/or extracurricular activities

**Additional Information**
- The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products - i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site._

This role will be offered as a Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) where the roster is 3 weeks on / 1 week off._**
