**Business Unit Manager Technical Services (w/m/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Führen und unterstützen von Fachleuten und Nachwuchsführungskräften in der Technical Service Gruppe
- Bereitstellung von Ressourcen, Schulungen und Unterstützung für die Mitarbeitenden um die bestmögliche Betreuung von internen und externen Kunden zu gewährleisten
- Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und Coaching dieser, sowie festlegen des Personaleinsatzes und der Zertifizierungsanforderungen
- Strategische Planung technischer Aufgaben für bestehenden und potenzielle Kunden und Lieferanten
- Vorantreiben von Prozessverbesserungen und Gestaltung von Projekten

**Dein Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technologisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, vorzugsweise mit Personalverantwortung
- Spaß an technischer Beratung, Kunden professionell zu beraten und nachhaltig zu betreuen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Hohe Zielorientierung, Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe und Umsetzungsstärke
- Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Kolleg*innen
- Höfliche und wertschätzende Kommunikation mit dem Gegenüber
