- Aufgabeninhalte:

- Weiterentwicklung des zentralen Stellenbewertungssystems gem. Einreihungsverordnung des Landes OÖ
- Aufbau eines zentralen Stellenbeschreibungssystems
- Sicherstellen der Agenden der Zivildiensteinrichtungen des Rechtsträgers
- Bereitstellen der Vergleichs
- und Mischberechnungen zwischen den Besoldungsmodellen
- Bewertung von Dienstposten (inkl. Prüfung von Anträgen auf Zulagen und Nebengebühren)
- Projektleitung und -mitarbeit im Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Verantwortung des Zulagen
- und Nebengebührenkataloges, laufende Adaptierung und Abstimmung mit int. und externen Entscheidungsträgern
- Prüfung der Zuerkennung von Gefahrenzulagen in Abstimmung mit Arbeitsmedizin, Betriebsräten und Sicherheitsfachkräften
- Monitoring Einkommensgarantien für LehrstuhlinhaberInnen und Primarii mit Individualverträgen
- Mitwirkung und selbstständige Bearbeitung von Bereichen des klinischen Mehraufwandes
- Sicherstellung der eindeutig nachvollziehbaren Darstellung der KMA-Tätigkeiten im Zuge der Stellenbeschreibungen
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Hochrechnung der Personalkosten
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung eines Entwicklungsplanes für die med. Fakultät (Vorziehprofessuren, Forschungsassistenz) in Abstimmung mit JKU und Finanz
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung eines Berichtswesens Personal für die med. Fakultät in Abstimmung mit HR-Controlling
- Voraussetzungen:

- akademischer Grad eines Diplom-, Master
- oder Doktorratsstudiums einer rechts
- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen bzw. finanzwirtschaftlichen Studienrichtung
- mindestens eine 3-jähige facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Standards und Richtlinien zur Steuerung der Personalressourcen insbesondere im Hinblick auf Finanzen und Controlling wünschenswert
- Idealerweise Ausbildung im Bereich Controlling / Bewertung nach HAY-Standards
- Kenntnisse im öffentlichen Dienst
- und Besoldungsrecht von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- hohe Belastbarkeit und Engagement
- Bereitschaft bei Veränderungsprozessen konstruktiv mitzuwirken und diese verantwortungsbewusst mitzutragen
- Bereitschaft zu Mehrdienstleistungen und flexibler Arbeitszeiteinteilung
