Du berichtest in dieser Position mit Entwicklungsmöglichkeit an den Operations Manager im Hub Nord, bist für die Abwicklung des operativen Tagesgeschäftes zuständig und fachliche Ansprechperson für Kolleg*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen in der Halle.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Safety first Sicherstellung und Verbesserung eines sicheren Arbeitsumfeldes
- Fachliche Ansprechperson für die Mitarbeiter*innen im Tagesgeschäft
- Operative Personal
- und Ressourcenplanung im Tagesgeschäft
- Einhalten, verfolgen und optimieren der Produktivitätskennzahlen
- Operative und strategische Weiterentwicklung des gesamten Bereichs Kommissionierung bzw. Be
- und Entladung sowie Leergut
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserungen mittels TPM (Total Productive Management)
- Operative und strategische Lagerplanung und -optimierung
- Administrative Abwicklung des logistischen Tagesgeschäftes (zB. BDE, DCS, Mangelkarten, Inventur)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Logistikführungskräften der umliegenden Brauereien und Standorte

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke - gewinnender Umgang mit Kolleg*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik erforderlich
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- MS-Office Kenntnisse (Excel, etc.) und SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Wir bieten eine attraktive und leistungsgerechte Bezahlung, entsprechend deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt** 2.952,18 EUR brutto pro Monat** auf Vollzeit-Basis.
