The Project Manager PMO - Standards is supporting to increase the efficiency within the projects through mutually defined, smart, supportive and sustainable processes, methods, tools and manuals.

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create specification documents
- Moderate alignment meetings with the stakeholders
- Create/adapt Word, Excel, Powerpoint templates
- Create/adapt internal, official processes
- Create/adapt internal, official Manuals
- Coordinate/organize/support the maintenance and further development of the project management SW
- Create test plans/reports and/or coordinate external testing
- Give and gather feedback
- Inform proactive about the current status

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- University degree in a technical or business field
- Excellent knowledge of current project management methods & tools (e.g. PjM-Software)
- Project certifications advantageous (e.g. PMI “PMP”)
- Experience in the area of process management
- Strong communicator, facilitator, and moderator (able to build bridges)
- Enjoys working in an intercultural and global team
- Business English is mandatory

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.286,18 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
