About the role
Play a crucial role in driving strategy execution and implementation, including through operational planning which gives rise to risk based, outcomes focussed allocation of resources in alignment with strategic objectives.
The role also oversees the efficient and effective governance over programs and projects whilst driving Australian Red Cross new ‘ways of working’.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, deliver strategic objectives and lead a cross disciplinary team which support the organisation in establishing consistent, efficient and repeatable processes that give rise to operational excellence.
What you will bring
- Substantial experience in the design and delivery of comprehensive whole-of-organisational planning, implementation and performance frameworks
- Senior leadership experience in complex, multifaced national and/or international service delivery settings
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to communicate complex processes in a simple and understandable way to generate pragmatic solutions
- Strong commercial business acumen with extensive experience in leading process improvement and redesign with a risk-based focus.
- Resilience to manage complex relationships, influence, and challenge effectively and constructively
