Regional Product Manager Loader Crane

PALFINGER stands for most innovative, reliable and economic hoist-equipment on utility vehicles and in the maritime sector. To strengthen our Global Product Management Team in the Product Line Loader Cranes we are looking for a Regional Product Manager Loader Cranes Region EMEA (f/m/d).

You will be in the direct reporting line to the Head of Global Product Management and represent the Regional Product Perspective with a mid/ long-term focus. As the crucial interface between the Regional Sales & Service Team and the Product Line, your main responsibility is to drive the Regional Product Strategy and represent the Regional Product Requirements. As a member of the Product Line you are also focusing to provide a Regional Product Portfolio in line with the Global Modular Product Concepts.

**TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Representing the Product Line in the region and being the first point of contact for Sales and Application Management in the Region
- Develop a Regional Product Portfolio Roadmap/ Strategy for the Product Line
- Evaluate Regional Market and Stakeholder Requirements and aligns with Global Product Line Portfolio
- Market Analysis, Market Segmentation, and Competitor Analysis
- Guiding regional Product Requirements/ Ideas through our Innovation Process
- Supporting Product Managers during Development Projects (specification, face in / face out, )
- Supports Product Marketing in a coordinating role for Regional Sales Marketing
- Creating a consolidated overview for the Product Performance of the regional Product Portfolio, means proactive Lifecycle Management
- Support the Regional Application Management and Sales Team to continuously optimize the existing & released Product Portfolio.
- Intensive cooperation within the hole Product Management Team of the Product Line

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Completed business or technical education (University-degree or adequate) in the field of product management, business management, engineering or equivalent
- Several years of experience in the field of product management (5+ years)
- International Loader Crane market expertise is an advantage
- High level of personal responsibility and commitment
- Enthusiasm for PALFINGER products and markets
- Analytical and structured way of working, highly dynamic and implementation oriented
- Understanding of complex technical, logístical, and economic relationships
- Fluent business English
- Strong social and intercultural competence
- Willingness to travel

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 57.578,92. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
