**Head of Marketing SEE M/F/d**
**40 hours/week, Location: 1020 Vienna (Position Available Immediately)**
- Develop and execute a clearly defined marketing and transformation communications strategy for AT & SEE Cluster and ensure a consistent marketing and communication mix in the SEE Cluster for all DB Schenker products
- Develop, plan and execute regional campaigns in the offline & online area in close collaboration and alignment with CoE’s from global marketing (print, TV, radio, online, new media)
- Advise and support the CEO as well as the Managing Directors in all strategic communication affairs (press and media relations) as well as reporting to the board on a quarterly basis
- Manage the ongoing budget (budget responsibility AT & SEE), forecast and allocation processes for the whole SEE cluster and ensure appropriate advisory to management teams
- Analyze, evaluate and execute on both existing and potential marketing/transformation communications activities and strategies and develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs
- Lead and coordinate DB Schenker marketing social media activities on global scale by defining process, style and content guidance and governance following DB Marketing guidelines
- Internal corporate communications (intranet/ newsletter) and creation of a customer magazine (online) as well as conception and organization of events (internal & external)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role
- Expert knowledge of marketing management with proven track record as well as leadership experience in managing cross functional teams
- High empathy for the interface between external parties and the core business
- Working with multidisciplinary teams, promoting cross-team information transfers, collaboration with hands-on mentality & all-round knowledge
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
