**Head of Sales Planning SEE M/F/d**
**40 hours/week, Location: 1020 Vienna (Position Available Immediately)**
- Sales Planning and Business Excellence for supporting commercial results related to Sales strategy and planning
- Standardization and continuous improvement of SEE sales processes, approaches, and structures
- Performance Management: Improvement of the CRM system and sales performance tracking
- Keep functional costs as per budget through efficient processes and resource allocation and guide the commercial budget process down to customer level for whole SEE
- Lead and develop the team of Sales Planning Managers in direct and functional role
- Drive implementation of regionally set sales business processes and IT landscape within SEE to drive efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial activities
- Support improvement of commercial related processes by providing SEE insights and best demonstrated practices to regional and Corporate Sales Planning
- Implement commercial related processes, practices and procedures and break down best practices, structures and processes to SEE countries as well as coordinating and supporting the SEE countries in appropriate customer allocations
- Drive and supervise the incentive calculations for the sales team and drive sales campaigns in alignment with Marketing and Sales
- Project management with stakeholders from all areas of the organization e.g. People&Organization, IT, Finance and the Business Units (A/O/L/CL)
- Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking
- Exceptional relationship management & communication skills
- Experience in managing multinational teams
- Outstanding financial and process analytical skills
- University degree in International Business Administration or equal
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to lead a team in a matrix, cross functional organization
- Knowledge and understanding of international logistics requirements
- Willingness to travel international and inter-cultural thinking
- Experience with CRM systems
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English, other languages are a plus
- Preferably good knowledge of DB Schenker and the logistics industry
