**Das erwartet Sie**:

- Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Verwaltung unserer bestehenden BTV Collaboration Suite (Atlassian-Suite (Confluence, Jira-Produkte, etc.) und M365-Suite (Outlook, Teams, O365, etc.))
- Sie agieren als Application Manager als Drehscheibe zwischen unseren internen Fachabteilungen und unseren externen Dienstleistern
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig an innovativen Ideen, um die Zusammenarbeit bestmöglich toolbasiert zu unterstützen und weiterzuentwickeln
- Evaluierung und Umsetzung neuer User Requirements unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Collaboration Tool
- & Systemlandschaft, um auch künftig den Value für unsere internen Kund*innen zu maximieren
- Sie teilen als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere konzernweiten Atlassian/M365 User Ihr Wissen, indem Sie Schulungen, Support und Beratung für unsere Anwender*innen anbieten
- Möglichkeit zur Weiterbildung und zum Erwerb von spezifischen Zertifizierungen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung der Atlassian und M365 Produktlandschaft erwünscht
- Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft
