**Global Product & Development ManagerIn (all genders)**:
**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Proaktive Gestaltung des Produktinnovationsprozesses
- Übernahme von Projekten im Bereich Product-Development (von der Ideenfindung über Research und Design bis zum Produktlaunch) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Produktentwicklung
- Koordination und Begleitung von Product-Management Projekten
- Portfoliomanagement und Weiterentwicklung auf Basis Marktpotenzial und Trendanalyse
- Operative Umsetzung von Produktlaunches und Produktauflassungen
- Kontinuierliche Markt-, Zielgruppen
- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung inkl. Ableitung von Maßnahmen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Innovations/ Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement
- Mind. 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktmarketing und Innovationsmanagement
- Affinität zu Kulinarik & Kochen
- Teamplayer mit einer selbständigen und proaktiven Arbeitsweise
- Strukturelle, strategische Denkweise, lösungsorientiertes Handeln
- Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

**Wir bieten**:
Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches und herausforderndes Aufgabengebiet und die Einbindung in ein erfolgreiches Familienunternehmen mit gutem Arbeitsklima. Für diese Position auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung bieten wir ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 3.400,86 lt. KV für die Metalltechnische Industrie (FMTI) mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
