Finance Manager

TTControl seeks a proactive Manager of Finance to enhance our financial operations through innovative digital solutions. This role will support the finance team in optimizing processes to align with company objectives and improve operational effectiveness.

**Your Tasks**:

- Drive and execute forecasting, budgeting, and medium-term financial planning, as well as preparation of monthly financial reports for the TTControl Group
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team members to ensure performance and engagement
- Participate in Executive Board meetings, tracking and following up on action items, and implement decisions and propose strategic initiatives concerning financial planning
- Maintain financial oversight of annual financial statements, consolidation, accounting, payment processing, tax compliance, and treasury functions
- Conduct business controlling tasks, including product pricing, project assessments, and proposal pricing as well as profit center evaluations
- Manage regular dunning processes to ensure efficient cash flow management
- Streamline financial processes and increase digitalization (tools) together with TTTech Group headquarters to improve efficiency

**Your Profile**:

- Commercial and/or technical education with a deep understanding of economics with a focus on finance or controlling
- Experience in a comparable finance role, as well as proven leadership experience in an international environment
- Understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles with expertise in financial reporting and analytical processes
- Proficiency in SAP or similar financial management software at an advanced level
- Experience in analyzing and digitizing processes, as well as introducing the necessary digital tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English, additionally good command of either German or Italian is required
