- During this internship, you will get firsthand experience of what it means to work on a trading floor, and you will be in daily contact with senior traders from Erste Group.
- You will support us in transforming business ideas into functional and technical requirements and specifications, and align these with software developers, solution managers, and internal departments.- You check these boxes:
- Enrolled student with an ongoing study program, ideally with a technical background
- An interest in learning the business of investment banking, with a focus on trading, as well as motivation to continuously learn and improve
- Open communication and passion for teamwork in an agile team structure
- Solution orientation and an organized and structured working method
- Ability to take responsibility for defined tasks and to accept constructive criticism
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written; German knowledge is an advantage- Why you will like us:
