**Job Description**:

**Responsibilities**

You will:

- Communication with the Key Opinion Leaders, PSI Scientific Advisory Board members, all over the world (Europe, USA, Latin America, Australia, Singapore)
- Clarification of PSI Feasibility team members expectations regarding protocol reviews
- Organization of virtual meetings between PSI team and PSI Scientific Advisory Board members
- Reading of study protocols in different indications, reviewing of the corresponding consultancy reports, prepared by the members of the PSI Scientific Advisory Board and afterward preparation of a summary of these reports for the PSI Team
- Search for new potential PSI Scientific Advisory Board members in different countries upon request of Director Medical Liaison
- Maintenance of the Scientific Advisory Board library: filing of reviews and addition of the new members of the Scientific Advisory Board to the database
- Coordination and tracking of payments for consultancy services provided by Scientific Advisory Board members
- Management of the consultancy agreements with the Scientific Advisory Board members (expiry dates, extensions, as needed in cooperation with PSI Legal Department)

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree - Life Sciences, Healthcare or Biomedical Science
- 2 - 3 years experience as a CRA or similar experience reading protocols and liaising with investigators
- Proficient in English and German
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written
- Analytical mindset, advanced critical thinking skills along with good attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and independently
- Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
- Experience in working in an international team
- Knowledge of MS office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
