**Deine Aufgaben - agil und technisch**
- Projektsteuerung, -überwachung und -dokumentation von technologischen Transformations
- und Infrastrukturprojekten in den Bereichen Medien, IT und Entertainment
- Definition und Erfüllung der zeitlichen, kostenmäßigen und qualitativen Projektziele
- Verantwortung für die Projektkommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten sowie weiteren Projektbeteiligten
- Kaufmännische und organisatorische Abwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Technik/Systemintegration
- Zusammenstellen und Führen von Projektteams und externem Personal
- Pflege und Bedienung der eingesetzten Projektmanagement-Software (BlueAnt) sowie des ERP-Systems AP+ zu Reportingzwecken
- Erstellung, Aktualisierung, Veröffentlichung und Ablage von projektrelevanten Dokumenten in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio

**Dein Profil - organisiert und kommunikativ**
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (gerne als Quereinsteiger)
- Kenntnisse im (agilen) Projektmanagement sowie nachweisbare langjährige Erfahrungen mit Technologieprojekten
- Zertifizierungen im Bereich Projektmanagement (GPM/IPMA, PMI, AXELOS) erwünscht
- Kenntnisse in Themen wie PMBOK, ICB, PRINCE2 und ITIL
- Hohe kommunikative Kompetenz, Verhandlungs
- und Präsentationssicherheit
- Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Software (z.B. MS Project) und Office-Anwendungen
- Reisebereitschaft national und international
- Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
