**Product Owner (f/m/x) - Primes (RRAM)**:

- The department of Retail Risk Analytics and Methodology (RRAM) and the related IT teams are in the process of transforming into an Adaptive Tribe setup, that will incorporate the following key responsibilities in four Product Streams:

- Defining methodologies for Retail credit risk calculations
- Developing models for several portfolios
- Creating analytical retail risk reports and tools
- Providing a common data and modelling platform for Retail Risk across RBI Group.

We are looking for a Product Owner for the Primes Stream (standing for
- **Pr **ovisioning,
- **I **FRS9
- **M **odelling,
- **E **conomic
- **C **apital, and Stress testing). The new product owner will be reporting directly to the Tribe lead and has an important role in shaping the future of the entire Tribe. In this role you will take over the responsibility for defining the group-wide framework for all IFRS9 and Pillar II retail risk models of RBI Group, performing and interpreting stress testing for RBI, as well as providing relevant analytics for RBI Group (e.g.: overlooking and verifying the risk cost calculations, calculating Economic Capital etc.).

**Your role at RBI**:

- Having the freedom and the responsibility to optimize or reshape the IFRS9 and Pillar II Methodology & Modelling framework ensuring consistency and effectiveness of the group’s retail risk models
- Designing and maintaining a flexible and effective Retail Risk analytics framework with focus on Risk Costs, Economic Capital, and Stress testing
- Representing RRAM vis-à-vis the relevant stakeholders, such as senior management, Retail business, regulators, auditors, and other risk divisions across RBI Group
- Taking over the responsibility for managing the costs of the stream
- Content-wise leading the stream consisting of ~10 FTEs
- Establishing a clear product vision that creates value by providing visibility, transparency, and a prioritized backlog

***Your core competencies**:

- Five years of experience in retail risk management or another credit risk role in a bank
- University degree preferably with quantitative or technical background
- Profound retail banking product knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a multinational environment
- Excellent command of English

***Nice to have**:

- Balanced personality with high stress tolerance
- Regulatory knowledge of the IFRS9, Pillar II retail risk framework or experience with stress testing methodology
- Ability to take responsibility and make decisions in a dynamic business environment
