STRATEGIC BUYER (M/W)

Geeignetes Personal wird immer mehr zum Schlüsselfaktor für innovative Unternehmen. Unsere Techniker und Spezialisten (m/w) aus den Bereichen IT, Engineering sowie Human Technology unterstützen Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung ihre innovativen Projekte.

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET
- Kontinuierliche Beobachtung des relevanten Beschaffungsmarktes, um potenzielle Lieferanten und kommende Trends zu identifizieren
- Entwicklung einer Lieferantenbasis für die zugewiesene Ware (Metalle, Elektronik oder Kunststoffe) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Interessengruppen
- Aufrechterhaltung des Lieferantenqualifizierungsprozesses (Sammeln von Lieferanteninformationen, Teilnahme an Lieferantenaudits, Vorauswahl und Onboarding)
- Grundbedingungen aushandeln und abschließen Benchmarking und Konzeptwettbewerbe mit strategischen Lieferanten durchführen
- Bereitstellung von Kostenkalkulationen und Konzeptbewertungen bereits früh in der Projektphase, einschließlich Value Engineering
- Unterstützung des Projekteinkaufs bei Abschlussverhandlungen mit spezifischem Prozesskosten-/Cost-Break-Down-Know-how
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekteinkaufsteam zur Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung laufender Projekte und ggf. Unterstützung notwendiger Maßnahmen (Supplier-Relationship-Management) Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung und Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse

UNSERE ANFORDERUNGEN
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen/Projekteinkauf oder verwandten Bereichen
- Logische Denkweise kombiniert mit einer strukturierten Denkweise
- Solide Expertise im Handels
- und Vertragsrecht
