**Our business**

**Your role**:

- You provide input for long-term strategy projects and clear, useable advice to the business, functional financial guidance and strategic advice.
- You lead/support (based on situation) special tasks and projects.
- You adapt or develop new solutions through analytical, interpretative, evaluative, creative and innovative thinking.
- You provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on specific issues and analyze financial statements to determine how a proposed acquisition/join venture will affect the company
- You review and challenge business case calculations for invest projects.
- You research the financial status of target companies and analyze their performance history.
- You conduct due diligence on a company to be acquired to ensure it is a good investment.
- You interface to various finance departments (M&A, tax, finance, controlling) as well as external financial consultants.

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree in Business Administration or Finance
- You have at least 9 years of relevant professional experience
- You have proven leadership experience as well as structured approach and problems solving ability
- You bring a delivery and execution mind-set
- You act independently in actions and decisions, have a thorough financial know-how and business understanding as well as excellent communication skills.
- You are fluent in English
