We are strengthening our **CAPEX Project Management **department with an experienced **Manager as Head of Engineering at the group headquarters **in **1040 Vienna or at one of our MMB&P locations **.

**Your Role**:

- You develop functional engineering as a central function in the headquarter to support the locations in the capex project preparation as well as in the project execution
- You support the headquarter CAPEX team and the locations in the CAPEX project development up to the point of CAPEX project approval
- You support the local project management and project engineering in the execution of large CAPEX investment projects
- You support the headquarter CAPEX team in the monthly divisional reporting and in the preparation of steering committee meetings of large CAPEX investment projects (together with the local project management) with regard to costs, progress, risk management and project goals including initiation of necessary corrective measures
- You develop and implement tools for a division wide documentation handling and documentation filing system for CAPEX investment projects
- You lead and further develop of the headquarters overall engineering function
- You will be a major contributor in the further development of standards and CAPEX processes based on tools within our IT landscape

**Your Profile**:

- You have a degree from a technical college or completed technical studies (e.g. process engineering, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, automation technology)
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in the management of major projects as a senior project manager / senior engineering manager, preferably in an international company similar to in the board-, paper
- and pulp industry
- You have experience and empathy in personnel management and personnel development as well as setting up and expanding an existing department
- You have very good MS Office user skills and experience with project management / engineering tools
- You have a structured way of working with focus for the essentials in the role of the central support function, as well as the willingness to share knowledge
- You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English (C-Level), German; any other foreign language skills are desired
- You have the willingness to travel internationally (30%-50%, focus on Europe)
