UMB hotels ist ein Tochterunternehmen der UBM Development AG und betreibt 16 Hotels ins Österreich, Deutschland, Polen und Niederlande mit internationalen Managementpartnern. Zur Verstärkung unseres erfolgreichen Teams vergeben wir ab sofort ein spannendes Praktikum in unserem Headquarter in Wien Internship Hotel Asset Management (m/w/d) 4 bis 6 Monate.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei unterschiedlichen Hotel Asset Management Aufgaben
- Aufbereitung von Hotel-Performance Kennzahlen, Vorbereitung diverser ad hoc-Auswertungen
- Evaluierung der ESG-Aktivitäten der Hotels (Umwelt
- und Energiekennzahlen)
- Vorbereitung von Managementpräsentationen
- Mitwirkung bei aktuellen Projekten wie z.B. Refurbishments
- Marktresearch und Analyse von Marktdaten

**Ihr Profil**:

- Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium (Uni oder FH), mit Schwerpunkt Hotelmanagement
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einem Hotelbetrieb
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und proaktive Persönlichkeit
