**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Developing and implementing the M&A strategy, identifying potential acquisition targets that align with the company's strategic objectives
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate potential acquisition targets and assess their financial and strategic fit with the company
- Conducting thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including financial, legal, and operational due diligence
- Leading negotiations and deal structuring with potential acquisition targets and their advisors, including purchase price, financing, and other terms and conditions
- Preparing investment memos, presentations, and other materials to support senior management and board decision-making on potential acquisitions
- Collaborating and mentoring colleagues, providing guidance and support in their professional development

**What You Bring**
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field
- Long-term working experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development roles
- Strong financial competence and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate sophisticated financial information and develop financial models
- Strong negotiating skills and the ability to structure and complete complex transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop your team members
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
