**What would be your major** responsibilities**?**
- Set the vision for our product(s), understanding how it connects to company’s objectives to deliver value
- Lead the product discovery process to identify the best opportunities for the business & our customers
- Work with engineers to prioritize features, maintain the backlog, and guide feature development to bring the product vision to life
- Engage in the UX domain to deliver great customer experiences
- Analyze feature/product performance & customer feedback to improve the journey + overall experience
- Interface with all relevant internal departments to ensure what is being built is cohesive & relevant

**Your Qualification**:

- 3+ years of Product Management experience gained in either a banking, payments or FinTech environment
- Hands-on experience in building products for the payments industry, within an agile environment (SCRUM)
- Experience in credit cards issuing is a plus
- BA/MS in Software Engineering, Maths, Science, Economics or a related field
- Fluent with product discovery techniques
- Practical experience with product prototyping, working with Design and User Experience teams to deliver a great customer UI/UX
- Ability to prioritize features based on customer need, engineering challenges, compliance, legal & regulatory requirements, etc., whilst still deliver the relevant business outcome
- Structured thinking and attention to details
- Good presentation and analytical skills
- Experience working with API technologies as well as understanding of common programming principles is an advantage
- PSD2 / Open Banking knowledge is a plus
- Full proficiency in German & English
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
