As a senior member of our Communications team **(Limited Period Contract until the end of July 2024)**, you will support the development of our digital creative projects from concept to completion - following the adidas brand direction and style guides. You will work within the Creative Studio alongside Communications Specialists, Designers, Project Managers, and our Production Team as well as with your marketing counterparts, to deliver industry leading digital experiences for our members.

**You’ll contribute by**:

- Working together with a team of creatives to develop innovative creative concepts that achieve marketing goals
- Aligning with the Product team to deliver meaningful UI/UX copy that enhances the experience of our members
- Collaborating closely with Communications Specialists, Art Directors and the Production Team to align on the overall tone of voice, look and feel of content
- Writing copy that moves and inspires people to action
- Working cross-functionally with other members of the marketing team as well as product teams

**What makes you the right match**:

- Native speaker proficiency in English, preferably American English
- 3+ years of experience in writing and editing copy
- University Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and an impeccable eye for detail
- Preferably passion for sports, tech, health, and fitness
- Creative and proactive in nature
- Valid work permit to Austria

**Salary Information**:
And here’s the fine print: Compensation throughout the company includes fixed and variable monetary compensation as well as our benefits package. Our fixed salary for this position starts at EUR 62,249 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hours working week).Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience. As variable component we have a Short-Term-Incentive plan in place.
