**Trainee (f/m/d) - Insurance Portfolio Solutions **(Full-time)**:**Are you ready to contribute to managing innovative and efficient insurance solutions for Corporate clients in Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa? Then start with us - with our 24-month trainee program in Portfolio Solutions at the Millennium Tower in Vienna**

**What you can expect**:

- Acquiring a thorough understanding of insurance placement activities for Corporate clients across Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA)
- Actively participating in the creation, management and ongoing maintenance of Marsh’s CEMEA Portfolio Solutions, providing differentiated value to our clients and efficient distribution to our colleagues
- Being part of various projects (project management) by supporting countries in the region and regional practice leaders
- General training in various lines of insurance & participation in international graduate events
- Close collaboration with colleagues in various countries in Continental Europe, Middle East and Africa, across several lines of insurance (Property, Casualty, Marine Cargo, Cyber, Construction, Directors & Officers Liability, etc)
- Being sparring partner of the head of Strategy & Ops of Placement Continental Europe while supporting with administrative tasks, research & documentation
- Taking on several projects of your own will also be part of your duties

You must enjoy and be very good at working with data and numbers. We also value proactivity, curiosity, a growth mindset, the ability to listen, analyze, to make suggestions, and above all an eagerness to learn. You have a very good command of MS Office (especially Excel) and you are fluent in English and at least one other European language.

- Mandatory information according to -9 GlBG: For this position, a collective bargaining minimum base salary of EUR 24,360 gross per year applies. The actual salary, however, is considerably higher and is based on qualifications, suitability and experience.
