This role is based in Vienna, Austria. You will be the go-to HR Leader for all employee-related issues in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands where we have multiple teams. You will work in conjunction with EMEA and Israel leaders.

This role will be reporting to the US based Senior Vice President of People. You will be a key player in the EMEA HR team (currently supporting employees in more than 15 countries). You will also be a regular collaborator with colleagues globally including our US headquarters.

The role, what you will be doing?
- Trusted advisor for our business leaders and employees, bridging management and employee relations
- Key partner to the Work’s Council(s)
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy
- Supporting alignment of our separate entities locally and within the wider Company context
- Full HR life cycle involvement and partnership with our global centers of excellence, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition
- Providing Input and expertise to local implementation of our global people initiatives, for example Total Rewards strategy, HR analytics and Talent Management
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our HR operations by identifying best practices and continuous process improvement
- Ensure best practice and compliance with the local legislation and the countries you support, located in Austria with growth opportunities and support across other European countries
- Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture

What are we looking for?
- 5+ years HR Leadership experience in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and the Netherlands within a high growth, fast paced environment
- Strong working knowledge or labor law, rules, regulations and obligations in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and The Netherlands
- Post-acquisition and harmonisation experience advantageous
- Native German and fluency in English are required
- Workday experience helpful
- Hands on full cycle HR experience
- Flexible, able to multi-task and prioritize work to match the pace of the business
- Attention to detail, driven by best practice and continuous improvement
- Strong business and HR acumen - you’ll want to understand what we do
- Strong influencing and consultative skills combined with problem-solving skills

We are under legal obligation in Austria to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 69,062;
- gross per year for this position according to the IT collective agreement. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
