Aufgaben
- Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams von 12 technischen Mitarbeitern
- Koordination und Steuerung der Abwicklungs-, Trainings
- und Consultingdienstleistungen
- Kundenbetreuung und Mitgestaltung des Aufbaus von langfristigen Kundenbindungen
- Organisation und Projektleitung für Großprojekte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Vertrieb und Marketing
- Betrachtung von Markttrends im Engineering, Steuerungstechnik, Schaltschrankbau und ERP/PDM Themen
- Vortragstätigkeit bei Kunden
- und Interessentenevents
- Direkte Berichtslinie an den CEO sowie Abstimmung und Erfahrungsaustausch mit der Firmenzentrale in Deutschland

Qualifikation
- Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder

Maschinenbau (HTL, FH oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Engineering/Software im Maschinen
- und Anlagenbau oder vergleichbares wie PLM/PDM
- Erfahrung mit CAD/CAE Systemen ist von Vorteil
- Umfassende praktische Erfahrung in der Projektierung / Hardwarekonstruktion oder PDM-Einführungsprojekten
- Spaß und Leidenschaft für Softwarelösungen und in der Beratung von Kunden
- Erste Teamleitungs
- und Führungserfahrung
- Eigenständigkeit und konzeptionelles Arbeiten
- Souveränität und Überzeugungskraft
- Verbindliches Auftreten, hohe Vertriebsaffinität
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30%)
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
