**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant supporting the KAPS (Key Accounts & Project Solutions) director as well as two Head of departments. Your responsibilities in this role are:
- You support the Director KAPS in organizational and administrative tasks
- You manage the calendar and meeting coordination for the KAPS director
- You are responsible for planning, coordination and execution of internal meetings and events of the KAPS department
- You manage travel arrangements of the team members timely and accurately including people working remotely
- You support the team in the creation of internal and external presentations
- You take over responsibilities for small projects independently
- You coordinate cross departmental tasks in the KAPS organization with the other assistants in the GECs (Global Expertise Centers).
**Qualifications**:
- Completed commercial education
- 5 years related experience in supporting a Sen. Management position in a multinational organization
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills in German & English (written and verbal)
- Self-assured and confident
- Strong sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a discrete manner
- Display tact, professionalism, maturity, and respect in all dealings

**A gross monthly salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience. **We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum yearly gross salary for this position is € 30,177 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
