**Deine Aufgaben**
- Coacht das Projektteam und die Organisation bei der Anwendung von Agile/Scrum-Praktiken und hilft ihnen, sie zu einer kontinuierlichen agilen Verbesserung zu bewegen
- Verbesserung der Effektivität und Reife von Entwicklungsteams und Verbesserung der Kundenergebnisse aus Entwicklungsaktivitäten.
- Arbeitest eng mit deinem agilen Team und weiteren Projektleitern zusammen und unterstützt dein Team auch inhaltlich bei der Anforderungserhebung
- Verantwortest das Management für Software Implementierung und Customizing von Applikationen
- Baust die Vertrauensbeziehungen mit unseren Kundenprojekten aus und pflegst diese
- Bist kommerziell für deine Projekte verantwortlich, hilfst mit bei der Ausarbeitung von Verträgen, bist bei Vertragsverhandlungen dabei und identifizierst Changes
**Dein Profil**
- Starke Erfahrung in Coaching von Teams
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter oder Scrum Master in Software Entwicklungs-Projekten
- Fortgeschrittenes Kenntnisse des Scrum-Frameworks und agiler Methoden
- Kannst Lösungsansätze selbstständig ermitteln und entwickeln.
- Erfahrung im Prozess
- und organisatorischem Change-Management, Erfahrungen in der Mitgestaltung der Hebung der Prozessreife
- Kommunikationsstark, Teamplayer, Lösungsorientiert, Hohe Belastbarkeit
- Zertifizierung als Projektmanager nach einem anerkannten Standard (z.B. IPMA Level C, PMI) von Vorteil oder nachgewiesene praktische Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Projekten nach einschlägigen Standards
- Deutsch fließend (in Wort und Schrift)
