We are looking for our next **superHERO / Junior People Manager (f/m/d)** to complete our team in Vienna.

**Shape People & Culture.** As our Junior People Manager (f/m/d) you will support the Heroes team by driving our internal hiring efforts, helping us bring top talent on board and making sure the company grows sustainably while always keeping an eye on our team's well-being and culture.

You will report directly to our COO, assisting her in employee relations, performance management, talent management, HR admin & payroll.

**Become a Part of the Heroes Team. **Representing both the organisation and the individual team members, this position plays a crucial role, offering you the opportunity to grow within an organisation that is dynamically expanding in all aspects.

What it’s all about:

- ** Facilitate and optimise all steps of the Employee Experience**:organising new joiners’ orientation, onboarding and training programmes; setting up service contracts; reviewing procedures for safety, health and well-being; answering questions and concerns; providing constructive and timely performance evaluations and handling discipline and termination of employees following company policy
- ** Manage the hiring process end-to-end**: recruiting, screening and interviewing potential team members
- ** Strategically plan ahead**: draw up plans for future personnel hiring goals and procedures
- ** Provide external support**: step in as the contact person for our external payroll partner
- ** Enrich the culture**: act as our very own internal culture-officer, always keeping our company values in mind while watching out for our team members
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or any other related field and have gathered your first experiences with HR metrics, comp & ben, labor law and organisational development
- You bring the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently and are therefore able to advance and further develop topics independently, in a solution-oriented and reliable way
- You have a passion for building a diverse and inclusive environment paired with a love of learning and helping others to learn and grow
- You are comfortable with and excited by the change and ambiguity of a growing, fast-paced environment
- Ideally, you have gathered first experiences with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and database management

We are offering a full-time position, with a gross annual salary starting from € 35.000 to be negotiated based on your experience and qualification.
