Medical Project Manager

Die Hauptverantwortung dieser Position liegt in der Unterstützung des Medical Teams und des Medical Directors. Der Medical Project Manager sorgt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und die Organisation von Meetings, die Planung von Reisen und dient als Ansprechpartner:in für Agenden des Directors. Weiters unterstützt der Medical Project Manager das gesamte Medical Team bei der Erstellung und Durchführung von TA-spezifischen aber auch Medical-übergreifenden Projekten, Aktivitäten, Medical-Lead Studien und Publikationen.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Medical Director Support
- Verantwortung für die Organisation der Agenden des Medical Directors (z.B. Kalenderführung, Reisekosten, Meetings, Protokollführung)
- Veranstaltungsmanagement
- Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Medical Team, z.B. externe Medical Meetings, interne abteilungsübergreifende Meetings, die von Medical organisiert werden, inklusive Nachbetreuung und Kontrolle.
- SAP & Budget
- Erstellung von SCs & POs, Anlegen von Vendors, Rechnungsabwicklung, Administration von Cross-Boarder Professional Service Agreements (PSAs).
- Medical Team Support im Bereich der Studien: Vertragsmanagement von Studien, Support des Medical Teams in allen administrativen Belangen
- Betreuung des Medical Archivs, Verantwortung für das Medical Archive, Verwaltung der bereits archivierten und der neu zu archivierenden Unterlagen.
- Administrative Betreuung der MLOR, MALT und R&D Leadership Meeting
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau; sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; routinierter Umgang mit MS Office; gutes Organisationstalent; gewissenhafter, strukturierter und genauer Arbeitsstil.
- Teamfähigkeit, lnitiative, lntegrität und Anpassungsfähigkeit.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich
- Informelle Führungsqualität in der Abwicklung von Multi-Stakeholder und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Aktivitäten
- Schnelle Anpassungsfähigkeit an ein sich veränderndes Umfeld und Bereitschaft, neue Ideen und Möglichkeiten zu bewerten und umzusetzen
- Selbststarter mit Weitblick und Initiative und der Fähigkeit, selbstständig an der Erreichung anspruchsvoller Ziele zu arbeiten.
- Solides Urteilsvermögen, ausgeprägte Planungs
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, Dinge zu erledigen.
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Systemen und Prozessen von AbbVie sind erwünscht.
