AOP Health is the European pioneer for integrated therapies for rare diseases and in critical care. To enhance our team in Vienna we are looking for a Manager Global Medical Affairs.
In this role you will provide scientific advice and define strategic medical projects, in cross-functional collaboration with key internal AOP Health stakeholders. You are the main point of contact when it comes to medical-related themes.
**What Your Day To Day Will Look Like**:
- You will be responsible for providing strategic medical input and direction to support our Intensive Care Products and implementing key medical projects (scientific meetings, ad boards, scientific materials, etc.)
- Provide medical support to and collaborate with country medical teams
- Manage the generation of evidence (company clinical trials, scientific evaluation of IITs, publications)
- Review literature and disseminate updates
- Support the Medical Information Service
- Coordinate the preparation of medical education materials and training sessions for HQ and country organisations
- Provide medical input and review promotional materials
- Scientific support and review of congress presentations (e.g. company symposia)
- Expand network and engage with international KOLs, scientific societies and patient organisations
- Provide ad hoc advice on the evaluation of new assets
- Ensure full adherence to compliance rules
**Your Qualifications and Experience**:
- Academic degree in medicine, pharmacy or chemistry
- 2+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Intensive Care and/or United States pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
- Strong scientific and medical knowledge
- Advanced skills in scientific writing and researching in medical databases
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Empathetic, enthusiastic and confident personality
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements
- Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Gross monthly salary provided for this function is a minimum of EUR 4.500. based on full-time employment. Any potential overpayment depends on professional experience and qualifications.
