**Site Account Manager (f/m/d), Schaftenau, Austria**

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Central site SPOC for customer (relationship management)
- Central site SPOC for NVS CMO team (input for contractual negotiations, performance reporting, info for price setting...)
- Lead monthly S&OP meeting, weekly operational connects and facilitate ad hoc customer-Novartis discussions
- Ensure site set-up to comply with contractual obligations (supply volumes, order management, QA communications, tolled inventory management, CAPEX investments...)
- Manage claims and invoicing between site and customer (write-offs, tolled component issues, order cancellations, ad hoc requests,...)
- Facilitate and formalize requested project work (sign-offs, progress tracking, invoicing)
- Responsible to define Site specific SC services’ requirements as part of the formal MSA between Site and Customer
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of best practice standards and processes between external customer and the Site organization

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- University degree in Supply Chain Management / Economics / Finance
- Experience of minimum 5 years in Senior Supply Chain position, or Key Account Management
- Proven track of continuous improvement and change management experience
- Proficiency level of English (required), German (advantage)
- High social and cultural adaptability skills
- Strong communication skills and networking abilities
