Tech Operations Coordinator

**Your Challenge & Tasks**
- Oversee and manage the entire tech equipment inventory, ensuring everything is ready for use.
- Coordinate equipment repairs, replacements, and new supplies (laptops, phones, etc.)
- Serve as the main point of contact for tech infrastructure topics with other business units, including Mavie Work and PremiQaMed.
- Act as the primary contact for software, hardware providers, and other key vendors.
- Monitor and optimize utility consumption, focusing on cost efficiency.
- Regularly test all tech in the office (screens, docking stations, TVs, chargers) to guarantee proper functionality.
- Manage the tech onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
- Suggest and implement improvements for office tech equipment, contributing fresh ideas to keep us up to date.

**What you need to be successful**
- Pursue technical education (e.g. facility management, business, information management, or engineering) or have passion for tech and/or facility management
- Fluent in German and English
- Proactive and hands-on
- Curious and fast learner
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills
- Strong team player
- Strong work ethic
