Functional Owner

Are you passionate about managing and overseeing the functional aspects of vehicle components, systems, or software throughout the development lifecycle? This role involves defining requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that functional objectives are met within the established timelines and quality standards.

**Your Tasks**:

- Responsible for one or multiple project(s) steering for a defined feature set in alignment with the project management team and main contact to customer for a defined feature set
- Responsible for having a full overview of the V-model and enabling peers to bring the defined feature set to 100 % fulfillment
- Solve conflicts of prioritization between projects
- Responsible for budget, time, scope, and quality for defined feature set
- Responsible for identifying change requests and risks for the defined feature set and communicating them to dedicated project roles
- Ensure that the deliverables from suppliers have an agreed scope and quality

**Your Profile**:

- University degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in embedded software development, ideally in the automotive sector
- Basic experience as project management or technical lead
- Knowledge in automotive quality

- standards (ASPICE, ISO26262) is a plus
- High interest in coordination between other teams and stakeholders
- Experience in agile development methods (such as Scrum and SAFe) is a plus
- Proactive personality with excellent communication skills
- Structured, goal-oriented way of working
- Excellent command of English is a must, German is an advantage
