**Your new mission**:
- Establish and maintain our cloud target operation model together with our cloud implementation partner
- Take pro-active responsibility for a matrix team in the implementation
- and operation -phase
- Work in motivated teams and support our culture, that expects high levels of performance with a strong team work ethic and strong knowhow transfer skills
- Find proactively ways to increase efficiency and improve the usability of our cloud setup
**What you will bring with you**:
- Motivated to fill the gap in existing operation model
- Capabilities to coordinate a team and lead it to successful implementation
- Acting as a Leadership Manager of cloud operation
- Listening and reacting to unforeseen and foreseen issues fast and continuously, adjusting your course or raising an alarm
- Establish a well working matrix team within Erste Digital
**You will check these boxes**:
- Having several years of experience as a business analyst and the ability to see the big picture
- A track record in national and ideally multi-national software development projects
- Excellent analytical and process management skills
- Profound communication and presentation skills
- Ability to write SQL queries and being familiar with data models in general
- Bringing efficiency and flexibility, ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks
- Being proactive and self-motivated
- Knowing that variety, changing trends, and constantly upgrading your skills is better than any alternative
