Ihre Verantwortung
- Weiterentwicklung unseres integrierten Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Führung eines Teams von bis zu 20 Mitarbeitern
- Verantwortung am Standort für die Bereiche Kunden
- und Lieferantenqualität, Qualitätsvorausplanung, Wareneingangskontrolle und Messmittelkalibration
- Durchführung von externen und internen Audits unter Einhaltung der Richtlinien lt. unserem QM-Systems sowie der gültigen Normen und Standards nach ISO 9001, IATF 16949
- Vorbereitung externer Audits (Kundenaudits, QM Systemaudit)
- Durchführung von laufenden qualitätsrelevanten Verbesserungen in unseren operativen Prozessen
- Entwicklung/Optimierung unserer Systeme in Hinblick auf Produktsicherheit
- Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden, um Qualitätsverbesserungen zu identifizieren und voranzutreiben
- Abwicklung von Kundenreklamationen und Lieferantenbelangen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Qualitätsstrategien
- Verantwortung für die monatlichen KPIs im Bereich Qualität sowie laufende Überwachung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Monatliches Berichtwesen gegenüber Geschäftsführung, Division und Corporate
Unsere Anforderungen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (FH, Universität), vorzugsweise im elektrotechnischen Bereich /Elektronik
- Berufserfahrung als Qualitätsleiter (m/w/d) in der Automobilindustrie
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagementsysteme, Projektmanagementsysteme und Produktsicherheit
- Erfahrung in Leanmethoden wie z.B. Six Sigma von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Qualitätswerkzeugen der Automobilindustrie inkl. relevanter Zertifikate (interner Auditor nach IATF 16949 und/oder VDA 6.3)
- Fähigkeit sich selbst und andere zu motivieren
- Eigenverantwortlich Entscheidungen, aufgrund von vorhandenen Informationen und Berufserfahrung, treffen
- Exzellente interkulturelle/zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Professionelles Auftreten, Leadership Skills sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitern auf allen Ebenen
- Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit und Teamgeist

Information zum kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt (*1)
Diese Position unterliegt dem KV für Arbeiter und Angestellte der FEEI, Beschäftigungsgruppe H. Mindestgehalt brutto € 54.793,20 p.a. Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist vom jeweiligen Profil abhängig und entspricht selbstverständlich ortsüblichen Gehältern, welche deutlich über den Tarifen des KV liegen.
