**Cluster Project Manager Logistics M/F/d**
**38,5 hours/week, Location: Vienna/Austria or remote work (Position Available Immediately)**
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and adherence to service level agreements.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues that may impact contract implementation.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with logistics service providers and vendors to ensure smooth integration of services.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
- Analyze current logistics processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Address client concerns and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and key milestones effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success, resolving any issues that may arise during implementation.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, identifying milestones and critical paths.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of logistics contracts, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Readiness and willingness to travel Cluster level is required.
- Exceptional, transparent, and direct communication skills tailored to different levels of an organization; Fluency in English is a must, additional European languages are an advantage.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques paired with experiences in lean management desired.
- Experience in managing and influencing complex matrix structures and interfaces as well as customers and operational processes to create customer experience and enable growth.
- Be able to demonstrate how you maintain and encourage good employee relations and promote an environment of a strong safety and people management culture.
- Demonstrate strong and proven leadership skills and be able to employ a range of methods to fully energize others and lift performance.
