As an E-Commerce Manager (f/m/d) you will be part of the Performance Marketing team at Nuki. In this role, you will have a strong focus on onsite performance and webshop management. Thus, you will contribute to define Nuki as a “digital first brand” by providing a constantly optimised user experience and managing the D2C funnel. You will work closely with other colleagues from our Marketing division and with other teams from B2C Sales, Customer Experience and Product/Tech. This will give you the chance to actively shape the future of Nuki.

**Your Role**:

- You will create the shop content and product listings in the Nuki webshops
- You are responsible for the operational maintenance of the Nuki webshop content and products
- You run optimization activities with a strong focus on the promotional side and on upselling
- You test and optimise user flows to increase the e-commerce performance of the Nuki webshop
- Through systematic onpage activities, you will increase the organic traffic of the Nuki webshops

**Job Requirements**:

- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in an e-commerce environment with a strong connection to online marketing and/or online shop developmentand knowledge of HTML & CSS
- You have practical experience in multilingual keyword analysis and analytical skills, especially for user flow optimizationYou have experience in creating SEO concepts and strategies for online shops
- Ideally, you bring knowledge of JavaScript, Wordpress and WooCommerce
- You have fluent German and English skills, further foreign language skills (Spanish, Italian, French or Dutch) are an advantage
- You focus on what is possible, take ownership and go the extra mile
