As Project Business Development Manager B2B Pro, you will play a key role together with your regional team in developing our B2B Pro Solutions business across our CCEE markets. You will actively support our business development in a growing future market.

- Full Responsibility for revenue of the whole Canon B2B Professional Print Product Portfolio in the CEE region (opportunity Owner).
- Identify and develop new customers and channel partners to grow market share
- Analysis of market research and tracking of competitor activities for the assigned territory
- Manage and coordinate all regional sales activities to generate a strong sales pipeline
- Ensuring reporting and timely sales forecasting
- Achievement of regional sales budgets in line with guidelines
- Plan and execute activities to generate new leads and demand for Canon Professional print products
- Recruit, lead, motivate, grow and retain a highly professional, results oriented CCEE team, responsible for project business development in professional print area
- Development of regional sales channel strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability targets and unit sales

**What we ask**:

- Marketing, Business or other related degree of advantage (graduate in marketing/business MBA desirable)
- Profound sales experience preferably in multinational companies
- Min 5 years of experience in B2B environment with focus on Professional Print
- Thorough CEE business market knowledge and product knowledge
- People management experience required
- Fluent business English, any other CEE languages are of advantage
- Readiness to frequent travel is anticipated for this role

- Proactive and result driven
- Strong mix of strategic planning and execution skills
- Outstanding communication, influencing and collaboration skills
- Strong relationship building, negotiation and closing skills
- Proven history of collaborating with senior management on international level is expected

**Further Information**:
We offer a market-oriented annual target salary (incl. bonus) from EUR 85.000;
