**A Snapshot of Your Day**

Our Bid managers keep teams on track, oversee the delivery of a Proposal for EPC/Extended Scope Power Plant projects and eventually negotiate with the customer to form/ sign a contract with completed business objectives including budget, quality, safety, performance, and schedule requirements. Our Bid Managers will be responsible to create quality Bids/ Proposals for Combined Cycle Power Plant using world class Siemens Energy Industrial Gas Turbine for international customers.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Co-ordinate with a small team of engineers and experts located within the Vienna location and globally, to generate technical bid for power plants using Siemens Energy medium sized gas turbines
- Develop a bid strategy, a time schedule, scope and costs
- Develop a technical solution fitting to the customer’s requirements, a Bidding Strategy and Road Maps
- Comment and clarify customer specifications and evaluate technical guarantees
- Co-ordinate with different entities within Siemens Energy to get system design, component inputs and costs
- Compile costing for the project and perform risk and opportunity analysis
- Estimate cost and control cost for preparation of bids
- Coordinate with procurement department to get market information for all the supplied materials, components and services for the project
- Coordinate with hub Sales and regional sales to get the most effective solution and strategy for the proposal and attend meetings with customers and convince the offered technical solution
- Negotiate with various stakeholders including the customer for the most optimum contract and technical conditions
- Report status of your bid to the management and take management approval for the bid in LoA meetings
- Explain Risks and Mitigation Measures to the management and maintain quality and standard for the bid documents

**What You Bring**
- University Degree in the fields of Electrical, Mechanical, I&C or Civil Engineering
- You are smart, energetic, and self-Motivated
- You have managerial skills and able to Lead multi-disciplinary team across different locations
- 8-10 years’ experience in Power Plant Execution (Electrical, Mechanical, I&C or Civil)
- Experience in sales and Proposal works
- Good communication skills
- Excellent language
- skills in English, knowledge of other foreign language (German, etc) will be beneficial. Willing to learn new language
- Ability to travel in short notice
- Awareness of the energy industry and technically knowledgeable of the energy transformation

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. The gross annual payment for this job vacancy is at least EUR 68.000,00 (full-time). Note that there is clear willingness to increase the payment based on working experience Siemens Energy as an international company offers additional social benefits.
