Global Campaign Manager

You define the global campaign strategy based on the brands’ global campaign calendar and the countries’ end e-commerce teams specific needs and act as the interface between both
- You are key partner for business stakeholders in their campaign endeavors
- You are responsible for preparing campaign schedules and assign timelines, for developing sustainable processes for the proper implementation of marketing campaigns, gathering all marketing material assets and steer them according to the global campaign calendar into the respective countries, always ensuring the campaigns reflect the brand image and are in compliance with the assigned budgets and timelines
- Together with your team, you’ll ideate and design the execution of effective omnichannel campaigns end-to-end in close collaboration with Campaign Analysts
- You analyze, asses and report campaign performance, derive data-driven decisions to optimize campaign success and ensure a positive marketing return on invest
- You drive alignment and maintain constructive and trustful relationships across multiple
internal and external stakeholders (e.g., business units, agencies, legal, key regions)
- You are responsible for social media campaign strategy related topics and processes (troubleshooting, assessing new requests/ideas, prioritizing the same and scoping of new developments).
**Ihr Profil**
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in economics /business sciences or communications with a professional focus on marketing.
- Excellent understanding of digital campaign metrics and digital marketing principals.
- Proven experience in campaign management projects, with a strong track record of success.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of statistic methods, with the experience to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent networking, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns and understanding of BTL / ATL campaigns and SMA.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot or similar).
- Ongoing education is a must to stay on top of state of the art practices and tools.
- English is a must, other languages e.g., German is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Legally binding notice: Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of € 65.035,46 /p.a. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience._
