What You'll Do:

- Support Ecom Product team to setup & manage content for products on the Marketplace platform
- Support eComm Operation, Marketing and Finance team to setup, test and release promotions on Marketplace platform
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to setup/modify the layout on marketplace
- Support N-able Channel Partners to host products and transact Sales of N-able products and services on marketplaces
- Monitor workflow and transactions on Marketplace to ensure smooth transactions
- Support Product team to test product’s contents and display on marketplace
- Contribute with your own ideas to improve the N-able eComm experience
- Support eComm Customer onboarding
- Research, identify, and onboard new marketplaces for N-able to broaden their eComm presence.
- Liaise with internal and external technical support teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the platform features and efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

- Graduated from IT/E-Commerce/Marketing-related school.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working with E-Commerce platforms.
- Meticulous and Detail-minded
- Can-do Attitude and can work under high pressure as well as independently
- Fluent in German and English (Additional language skills are welcome)
